Genius Creations Inc., operating as Landscape Genius is the data controller for Landscape Genius. The vendors below process personal data on our behalf, under written terms that limit them to providing their service to us. We do not sell personal data and we do not use third-party advertising networks.

International transfers
Because several of these vendors operate in the United States and the European Union, your data may be processed outside your own country. Transfers are covered by the vendors' standard contractual clauses and equivalent safeguards, and the data remains subject to this policy wherever it is processed.

We update this page whenever we add or remove a subprocessor, and bump its version. If you want to be told in advance of changes, email support@landscapegenius.app.
