Your privacy choices

These are the controls Landscape Genius gives you over your own data. Each one is available in the app — you never need to call us, and we never charge for exercising a right.

Download a copy of your data

Settings → Privacy & data → Download my data. You get a JSON file containing your profile, projects, clients, invoices, notification settings, credit balance, and the record of which policy versions you accepted. It is produced on demand and never leaves your device after download.

Delete your account

Settings → Privacy & data → Delete account. You'll be asked to type DELETE to confirm. Deletion is immediate and irreversible. See Account deletion for exactly what is erased and the small set of records we must keep for tax and fraud-prevention law.

Correct your information

Profile → Edit lets you change your name, business details, contact information, service area and avatar at any time. If something you can't edit is wrong, email support@landscapegenius.app.

Control notifications

Settings → Notifications has an individual switch for every category (messages, quotes, invoices, marketplace, team, credits, reviews) plus a master switch for in-app and for email. We do not sell your data and we do not run third-party advertising, so there is no advertising opt-out to make.

Block someone

Any profile or conversation has a Block control. Blocking hides that person from you and stops them contacting you through Landscape Genius. Use Report alongside it if the behaviour breaks our Community Guidelines — reports are reviewed by a person.

AI features

Concept images, scope suggestions and pricing guidance are produced by AI models run by our processors. What that means, and what it must not be relied on for, is set out in the AI Disclaimer. You can use Landscape Genius for quoting and invoicing without generating any AI concept.

Who processes your data

The complete, current list is on the Subprocessors page.

Complaints

Email support@landscapegenius.app and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in Canada you may also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada; in the UK/EEA, to your local supervisory authority.
